When you request a complimentary in-home consultation, we collect only the facts necessary to deliver on-site window covering services:

• Contact Information: First and last name, email address, and phone number.
• Service Location: Residential or commercial service address and postal code (used to calculate travel feasibility and routing across the GTA).
• Project Scope: Approximate window count band (e.g., 1–5, 6–10, 11–20, or 20+ windows) and optional client notes or condo parking instructions.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is used solely for genuine operational and craftsmanship purposes:

• To evaluate service area eligibility and schedule your on-site measurement appointment.
• To send automated transactional notices (appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and 24-hour visit reminders).
• To enable our design specialists to bring relevant fabric swatch books and operating hardware samples to your home.
• To honor and service our 3-year product and installation warranty on all installed window coverings.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or share your contact or address details with third-party advertisers or external data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Anonymization

We retain personal records only as long as necessary to fulfill operational commitments and warranties:

• Serviced & Completed Consultations: Retained for a period of 3 years (1,095 days) directly aligned with our 3-year warranty window. After 3 years, personal identifying information (name, phone, email, address, and notes) is permanently scrubbed while preserving aggregate project counts for historical manufacturing analytics.
• Cancelled Booking Requests: Records where no in-home service occurred are automatically anonymized after 90 days.

5. Security & Protection

We protect customer information using enterprise-grade safeguards:

• Encryption in Transit: All website traffic and booking submissions are strictly encrypted via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS).
• Zero Source Exposure: Customer records reside strictly in encrypted Cloudflare D1 databases and are never committed to public code repositories, static website files, or client-side storage.
• Bot Protection: Our public booking form utilizes Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated spam and denial-of-service without intrusive user tracking.
